There are two primary types of Fire Sprinkler
Wet System:
This type retains water within the pipe with pressure. Usually resides within a heated area, multi level building or exposed pipe in the ambient room temperature. This has constant water pressure and ready to discharge water once a sprinkler head meets the required temperature
Dry System:
This type retains air within the pipe with pressure provided by an air compressor. This type is usually used in areas where low temperature are unavoidable
